I’m a senior clinical leader and registered nurse with over 20 years’ experience across medical devices, pharmaceutical services, national clinical programmes, and acute care.
I currently operate at Head of Training and Development level, leading clinical governance, workforce capability, leadership development, and clinically led commercial enablement within a growing medical device organisation.
My work sits at the intersection of clinical credibility, leadership development, and sales and commercial performance.
I don’t just train — I build systems, teams, and capability that deliver real results.

MY EXPERIENCE
Senior Leadership and Training
I lead enterprise-wide clinical and leadership strategy, working closely with executive and sales teams to ensure clinical excellence, ethical commercial growth, and scalable workforce capability.
I have designed and delivered national sales training programmes, leadership development frameworks including the ASPIRE programme, group-wide induction and onboarding systems, and sales effectiveness and performance frameworks.
Commercial Impact
A key achievement in my career has been helping grow a vascular access division into an £18 million annual business.
This involved aligning clinical strategy with sales performance, supporting NHS adoption, and building capability across both clinical and commercial teams.
Clinical Leadership
I have led national clinical services, built teams from the ground up, designed accredited education programmes, and worked across NHS, industry, and primary care.
My background includes emergency department nursing, renal dialysis, heart failure services, vascular access, and infusion therapy.
